How we ship

Within 48 hours
We roast to order. Every batch leaves the roastery within 48 hours of roasting, so the coffee reaches you in the best window.

Aroma-tight packaging
One-way valve bags let CO₂ escape without letting oxygen in. Shipping boxes are made of recycled material and entirely plastic-free.

Returns
We take unopened goods back within 14 days. If a shipment arrives damaged we replace the order without a return.
